Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will give you complete control over your e-mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can forward emails from one e-mailbox to another, finetune email filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mail messages according to specific rules set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and set the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just specify the electronic mail account you wish to redirect e-mail messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
